Kidding aside, this is one of the few food videos where besides conveying how delicious the food, it allows us viewers to get to see and enjoy the festive atmosphere of eating out in VN at local places. The tour leader of Back of the Bike in the videos seem to be a great guide, fun, joking, and good knowledge. Food in Vietnam is so awesome, so many different taste, texture, flavor, smell, and all so fresh and so freshly made. The volume of vegetables and herbs with much of the meal just blow you away.   9. Mot, Hai, Ba = "One, two, three" Dzo (Yo) sounds like Bo, which means four. Dzo (Yo) means "in", as in "In your mouth".
    I consider Balut an apocalypse food, something I woudl eat to avoid starvation. And I've eaten snake and gnoshed on fried crickets.
    I had black rice sweet porridge in Bali. It was delicious.
    Vietnam is an awesome place. The wife and I plan to retire there.

My stomach is growling, I miss my food and wanna come home to eat Phở cuốn, all types of noodles, Banh Xeo, Banh Mi, Banh trang nuong… because Vietnam is like the kitchen of the world.   19. In Vietnam, we have a roll culture and food with broth like ‘phở ‘ in our cuisine. Eat them with much vegestable so i think this is the reason why it’s healthy than others
