all the potential, and help you with its many anti-inflammatory benefits. In India, golden milk is particularly popular for its effectiveness in improving mind and body and also for its good taste. if you want to watch a video with all the
information about this medicinal drink you can click above to find out more. What we will see today is the key recipe for keeping turmeric paste very active. How do we do it? Adding some fat, as turmeric needs fat to be absorbed well in the body. We will also add black pepper so necessary to activate the turmeric, and another measure of ginger and ground cinnamon.
Both ingredients will enhance this paste even more and we will get a super
activated golden milk drink. Let’s learn the step by step of this recipe. It’s very important you follow my instructions. We will need a small saucepan to
slightly heat the turmeric paste and a spoon to stir. We will put half a cup of turmeric powder inside the saucepan. We will continue adding the rest of the
substances necessary for the turmeric to be absorbed into our body. These are the black pepper, the ginger and the ground cinnamon. We will put a teaspoon of each of them into a saucepan. Also, we will add three tablespoons of coconut oil since this will be the source of fat necessary for turmeric to be absorbed in the body. Finally, we will put twice as much water as turmeric powder, that is, a cup. We will stir slowly with a spoon to mix the ingredients. And when everything is mixed up, we will
take it to a heat source, but we can’t give it much, because if it gets too hot the
turmeric would lose its beneficial properties, so we will heat it slowly,
using low or medium power. After a few minutes little by little we will see how the turmeric paste is formed as the water evaporates, and we will notice how it thickens. And when we get a paste with this consistency, as you can watch here, you have finished. Our turmeric paste is ready. Just wait a few minutes for it to
cool down. We can store it in a glass jar that is tightly closed and have it always available in the fridge. it will last perfectly for a couple of weeks and from now, you know that you can use it not only to make golden milk but also
to put it in stews, rice or meats. I hope you liked this recipe that I propose and try it. If you liked the video leave me a like and tell me any questions you have about turmeric paste or golden milk. I also invite you to subscribe to my
