Egg Idli upma with left over Green Gram Brown chana Idli Keep idli in the fridge and crumble the idlis Heat oil in a pan. This needs little extra oil. Add Mustard, jeera, Fennel seeds, Chana Dal, Urad dal and saute Add Peanuts and Cashews. Saute Add Onion, Ginger, Green Chillies, Curry leaves and saute well. Add few pepper corns and salt Add Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander, Garam masala and mix well. Add littlesalt Make a space in the center. Add beaten Egg in the center and let it cook for sometime. Add little oil Gradually mix with the onion. This process makes scrambled egg faster Now add crumbled Idlis and mix well with the Egg Masala Transfer to a container. Garnish with Coriander Leaves Egg Idli Upma is ready to serve.
