Mini S’more Brownie Bites | Meagan Makes Cupcakes

OK so we’re going to start out with our Brownie
mix i’m using Betty Crocker’s dark chocolate brownie mix and then we’re going to add a
half a cup of melted butter and two eggs then I’m adding a fourth a cup of water and I’m
going to mix it on low for 30 seconds and give it a good mix around the edges and stir
it some more. Now here I just bought a store-bought Graham cracker crust and I’m just crumbling
up with my hands. You could also just use store-bought gram crackers as well. and here
I’ve mixed 2 1/4 cups of graham crackers with 1/2 cup melted butter and that makes a really
nice graham cracker crust that were going to dollop then you’re going to dollop an heaping
teaspoon of the graham cracker sure mixture into. and then I’m just using the back of
the teaspoon to press it into the pan. then you’re going to use 1 table spoon of the
brownie mixture and just thought that right on top top of the graham cracker mixture then
take any leftover Graham cracker and sprinkle it on top of the brownie mixture and then
add three marshmallows on top of that so you’re going to puppies into a 350° oven for 12
to 15 minutes and during the last two or three minutes you’re going to chop up some Hershey
bars and put them on top so they melt really nicely
