How To Make Rice Water – THE ORIGINAL RECIPE NOBODY SHOWS YOU ON YOUTUBE – HIGH & LOW POROSITY HAIR

Hi family, welcome or welcome back to my channel if you’re new here. My name is Selina Zinchuk My channel is about DIY natural hair and beauty if that’s something that interests you come on and join the family In today’s video. I’m going to be showing you guys the original rice water recipe Directly from the yao women in China No one showed this original recipe on YouTube not even myself But in today’s video I will be showing you guys the original recipe, so please keep on watching Your first ingredient is rice I’m using one cup of rice Your second ingredient is water Now this method is very important they called this the rice washing so you need to put the rice in between your palm And make sure you are pressing on it very firmly to be able to Take all the nutrients and vitamins from in the rice for it to be able to transfer into the water Do this for a lot of time until you can see the water is very very cloudy I will always recommend that you rinse your rice before proceeding to the rice washing Most especially if you are based within the USA Studies have shown that we have arsenic in our water and food Arsenic is a chemical element Long-term exposure to arsenic in our drinking water Can cause cancer in the skin, lungs bladder and kidney When you are making your rice water for your hair It is not Advisable for you to just switch it around like that in the bowl as you can see the water is not getting cloudy Secondly if you also just stir it around in the water you are also not transferring all your vitamins and minerals into the water therefore you have to Do the rice washing just how you are seeing it in this video by washing it in between your palms When you are done with your rice washing put it to the side and we will move to the next step According to the yao women rice water recipe they need something acidic To go along with their rice water so in this video I will be using orange peel and Mandarin peel you only need the peeling from them. So just make sure you clean them properly And peel them and we will be using them in our rice water Now that we have all our ingredients we are going to pour our rice water into our pot You need only the water not the rice. Now you can discard the rice But I cook this rice and I ate it because I don’t love to waste anything we are now going to add in our Orange peels into the water And you will cover that up The moment it comes to a boiling temperature You can turn your stove off and wait for it to cool down Keep them in a big barrel for half a month or months then after that we use them to wash our hair What she is saying is that after they have prepared their rice water Exactly like the way I show you how to prepare it they now Transfer that water into a big barrel like this. Yes, at least I got something similar to theirs right, and then they allow the water to ferment for about 15 days or 30 days And then they proceed to use it on their hair Like in the summer every 3 or 4 days and in the winter once a week Yeah How long would it take when you wash your hair We apply the rice water on our hair for 20mins 20 minutes later, we wash our hair, you know in the river What’s the benefits of using rice water on your hair It is good for the hair after washing the hair It will become very soft and black and no white hair, even the very old grandma You know in the village she has no white hair This way of washing hair has passed down from generations to generations Okay family, so this is the end of the video now that I have shown you the original rice water recipe Directly from the Yao women in China if you would love to see how I make my Version of the rice water because I use it differently from them I will leave those video down in the description box for you And since I made this rice water, I will leave it for 15 days And then I will also use it on my hair If you would love to see how I use it, then subscribe to my channel if you like this video Please don’t forget to give me a like leave a comment down below and subscribe I will see you in my next video Bye.
