Today I’m going to try mango rice, a Thai dessert that can be made easily and quickly. The ingredients are mango, coconut milk, leftover rice / it’s very simple 🙂 You may be unfamiliar, but if you make it, it will be easy and special. You don’t have to buy coconut water, you must buy it with milk. I’ll cut coconut milk on medium heat. 1 tablespoon salt 2 tablespoons sugar Stir well. Pour the cut coconut milk into the remaining rice. Stir well and wait 10 minutes for milk to soak into the rice. Originally, it should be glutinous rice, chewy like rice cake. It’s delicious even with rice. (If you use glutinous rice, it’s better.) I’ll pour starch into the remaining coconut milk and make it like a sauce. Pour the prepared coconut milk separately. Now it’s time to cut the mangoes 🙂 I bought a big one but it’s small because I cut it; I use a spoon to squeeze the mango. It’s much easier to peel than a knife. Easy? 🙂 Squeeze the mango on the plate. Now put it on the plate and it’s done ~ More rice than mango ;;; It’s nice to buy a big mango ;;; The sauce you made earlier is salty If you have peanuts, you can crush them to make them feel better 🙂 How is it? Easy? Southeast Asian scent 🙂 Tasting ~~ Yeah ~~ If you pour more coconut milk sauce into the rice, you can taste more coconut. You can eat rice as much as you eat. Full of sweet coconut scent Mango rice is an unfamiliar dish It can be easy, quick and special.
