Hello everyone! As you can see here, I’ve prepared Steak tartare and Steak sashimi I ordered 7 plates of steak tartare They were labeled in the scale of grams,
I totaled it up to 1.5kg (3.3lbs) Here are all the different kinds/flavors of tartare I ordered Here I have 4 packs of Jinjja Jjolmyeon
(Sweet & Spicy Korean Noodles) Bon Appetit! First things first, should I pop all the yolk? I’ll eat the ones that are popped already They are all different flavors This one seems to be the spicy one because of the green chili peppers Delish. Right, the sauce! This sauce goes really well with the steak tartare Sesame oil with salt The total came out to be about
200,000 won. ($170 USD) Here’s the steak sashimi Sashimi with the sauce! This steak sashimi tastes amazing.
It’s better than any other place I’ve been to The taste is like It’s super soft Compared to other steak sashimi Going to pop this yolk I like eating it with the yolk mixed Why’s a perilla leaf here? I guess I’ll eat it This one seems to be mixed with baby octopus The white part It’s so good This one is with snow cheese.
I’m not sure if tartare goes well with cheese… It tastes really good Especially the steak sashimi Check the marbling on it It’s the best with the sauce I’m eating it little by little because I only(?) cooked 4 packs of the noodles. The raw meat looks small too after plating it Steak sashimi and noodles It’s delicious This is Jinjja Jjolmyeon (Went down the wrong pipe) Dried seaweed (Gim/Nori) with the baby octopus steak tartare? Nah, this one first! This one is… which one is this again? Marinated.. with Gochujang? Wrap it up like this The gochujang one is not bad at all I’ll go ahead and mix everything up this time They also gave me slices of cheese with the delivery Do I eat this with sliced cheese too..? A little bit of every flavor Hehe. Looks yummy. Lastly, steak sashimi Maybe I need 2 seaweed papers My masterpiece Yummy Cheers. Sashimi I’ll try it with the sliced cheese It actually tastes good The steak sashimi and noodles taste good Also with the sesame oil with salt This is it! The explosion of the yolk It’s delicious with sesame oil I thought the portion was small, but this is actually a lot of food I’ll take bigger bites now Should I pop this one too? It’s really fun popping the yolk Mix it all up Buried in yolk The combination with the noodles and raw meat is not bad at all Yes, it’s a lot spicier than the Paldo Bibimmyeon The noodles are different too.
This one is really chewy. I’ll pinch as much as I can The noodles are spicy 1 bite of the steak sashimi Tasty 3 of them now This is so spicy.
I’ll have to balance it out with the cheese steak tartare It’s the perilla leaf again.. I’m going to finish it all It’s delicious Personally, I like the normal tartare from all the flavors (excluding the steak sashimi) I mean, they all taste good Spicy! I’d love to try it cooked Just curious I’ll try it later Is there anyone that had cooked tartare before? I’m a bit scared to eat the noodles now.
Has it always been this spicy? Balance it out with the sashimi I have to hurry and get rid of it.
It’s way too spicy. Tartare Can you see the baby octopus? My stomach was already feeling weird even before the mukbang I refuse to bite off the noodles. It’ll scratch my pride. The spiciness is creeping up! Thank you!
