소고기 미역국 – Seaweed soup with beef – 다덤:DaDum


I will have MiYeokGook (Seaweed soup) with beef for dinner Soak a handful of MiYeok in water until it gets soft (or -ish) Remove excess blood from beef (I used diced beef) Once MiYeok is soaked enough, drain water and rinse it thoroughly Sesame oil Add 2-3 Tbsp of soy sauce and spring onion When it starts to smell wonderful, pour water 3/4 of the way up Close the lid and boil it over high heat until the broth becomes thick Add some more water and season it with soy sauce Bon appétit
