When you lift the beaters it should leave a trail like this Sift in the flour and cocoa powder and mix well Put some of the batter into the bowl of butter and milk and mix well Add to the rest of the batter and pour into the pan and bake at 170°C for 30 minutes After the cake cools down, cut off the bottom, cut into 1cm high sheets, and trim into two sheets of 15cm and 12cm diameter Gently beat the room temperature cream cheese Add sugar and mix Add plain yogurt, vanilla extract and lemon juice Add the finely ground strawberry puree to the cream cheese mixture and mix Squeeze the sheet gelatin (soaked in cold water for at least 10 minutes) and heat it in the microwave for 10 seconds, add to the cheesecake batter Add some whipped cream and mix Put strawberry cheesecake batter into 12cm mold and chill in freezer for 15 minutes While 12cm cheesecake is chilling, add hot cream to chocolate to make ganache Add soaked gelatin, mix and cool Put a layer of ganache on the cheesecake and chill it in the freezer. Pour strawberry cheesecake batter, add chocolate cake sheet (12cm), and pour more strawberry cheesecake batter, then put it in the freezer Add another layer of ganache and chill it slightly Pour more cheesecake batter and chill it in the fridge In a 15cm mold, place the 15cm chocolate cake sheet Add some cheesecake batter in the center Please put the 12cm cheesecake into the centre Remove the plastic lining and pour all the remaining cheesecake batter, then chill in the fridge Use a steamed towel to melt the surface and remove the mold Pour the remaining ganache over the cake I decorated it with strawberries There are several layers and it is a beautiful cake ^^ It’s really delicious with strawberry and chocolate flavors Thank you for watching ^^
