HI namaskaram welcome to Malabar Kitchen today’s special milk parotta / paal parotta milk paratha is one of the famous Bengal breakfast so try it and share your feedback like, share so lets get started all purpose flour – 1 cup you can substitute with wheat flour salt as per need vegetable oil / ghee – 1 tbsp lukewarm milk – 1/4 cup add little by little and knead it well dough is ready now grease with oil let it rest for 10 minutes meanwhile we can prepare the filling powdered sugar – 3 tbsp milk powder – 3 tbsp cardamom powder – 1 tsp you can substitute it with cinnamon powder/ nutmeg powder mix well after 10 minutes knead it once again divide it into big balls sprinkle flour roll it into round shape grease with oil on top of milk parotta spread it evenly spread the milk powder filling all over that now fold it press it sprinkle some flour roll it once so it is ready now heat a pan fry it flip it and cook both sides keep in low to medium flame it is ready now use same pan add 1 tbsp vegetable oil + 1 tsp ghee fry the cooked milk parotta for 1 minute both sides milk parotta is ready to serve now you can see the inside it is really juicy and soft in texture outside portion is too crispy see you soon with another special take care bye bye dears
